What if someone isn’t following the quarantine rules?
We’re now a few weeks into the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic. Not everyone is following the government’s regulations. But some people are being even more strict than recommended. More information is being circulated than people know what to do with. We encourage you to think critically about what you’re reading; Consider the source of the information you’re consuming. There is a lot of misinformation out there. Read below how to report violations of the regulations, as well.

How to report COVID-19 order violations
If you have concerns about businesses and individuals who are not following COVID-19 related orders in the City of London, please email the City at COVIDOrderConcerns@london.ca (email monitored 24/7) or call 519-661-4660 (phone line monitored Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
Report concerns about:
- Non-essential businesses that are not closed
- Activities taking place at closed outdoor structures including playgrounds, multi-use courts and skate parks
- Residents that are gathering in groups of (5) people or more
- Individuals who are not following Federal quarantine orders
- Price gauging on essential services
